Terrible customer service, misleading marketing, no response after 90 days.
I purchased this product because they marketed it as "full refund if not satisfied." I trusted them, and immediately found this product to be unusable. I requested a refund within the hour of purchasing. It is now 90 days later and still no refund. They only have a voice message and refuse to answer support emails or requests. I even disputed this through PayPal and they still would not respond. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They obviously do not respect their customers or care about the end result. Bottom line is, they want your money then they could care less.
